From 2016 to 2018, the center, together with Politecnico di Milano which is ranked in the top 5 in the QS World Art and design Universities Rankings, Berlin University of the Arts, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Jiangnan University, China Jiliang University, Zhejiang Sci-tech University， Zhejiang Gongshang University and other well-known universities at home and abroad, as well as Allocacoc which is a industrial design company in Holland, Koochang Institute of Xiaomi Eco-System companies, Robam, Suncha, 33UE Furniture Co., Ltd. and other well-known enterprises, has jointly held 11 school-enterprise cooperation experimental teaching projects, such as International Innovative Design Camp, Strait Innovative Design camp, Design Competition, etc.
 

The activities mainly focus on the industrial design and product design majors of the School of Media and Design. Meanwhile, activities are also open to the students of machine design, electronic information, economic management and other majors of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Zhuoyue Honors college and the School of Management, which are benefiting more than 500 students. The integration of production, education and research politics greatly exerts tremendously propitious influence on students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and practical application ability. This mode also serves the industrial transformation and upgrading of local economy. The results of teaching output are transformed in the form of patent application, award-winning in various subject competitions, innovation and entrepreneurship, incubation and mass production, etc. In the 2018 Allocacoc / Designnest International Innovation and Design Camp, 14 groups of excellent student works were selected to the crowdfunding platform for online crowdfunding. Among them, four groups of student works have reached mass production agreements with enterprises, and are currently undergoing prototype testing and verification.
 

The center focuses on promoting learning by competition, and takes discipline competition as an effective way to cultivate innovative talents. The number, level, fields, types and winning areas of students participating in the competition are mounting up year by year. From 2016 to 2018, the teachers and students participated in the German Red Dot Design Competition, shortlisted 9 finals and won 1 prize; From 2016 to 2018, the teachers and students participated in the German Red Dot Design Competition, shortlisted 9 finals and won 1 prize; 15 projects have been established in the new seedling plan; 6 undergraduate entrepreneurship projects and 18 national projects have been established; 27 awards in provincial and national industrial design competitions; 1 first prize in 2018 "Internet +" provincial competition, and 5 third prizes in 2018 "Create Youth" provincial challenge cup competition; 2 entries were shortlisted in the 2018 International Creative Design Competition; In the Multimedia Provincial Competition, the center won 4 first prizes, 10 second prizes and 18 third prizes. In the National Advertising Art Design Competition won 3 Third Prizes, 4 Excellence Prizes, 2 Second Prizes, 1 Third Prizes and 13 Excellence Prizes; In 2016 China Packaging Creative Design Competition, the center won one first prize, 3 second prizes, 8 third prizes and seven finalist awards.
